How do I pay an invoice?

To pay your invoice for your web hosting package or for your domain name simply follow the steps outlined below.

  1. Login to your Client Portal

  2. Select “Billing” from the top menu and click on “My Invoices” link.
  3. Find an invoice that is marked with “Unpaid” status that you wish to pay and click on “View Invoice”.
  4. From the drop down menu choose your payment method such as PayPal and follow the on-screen instructions and enter your payment information. When everything is complete click on “Click to Continue” link.
  5. Once your payment has been completed, you will be directed to a confirmation page and you will also receive an email with your payment confirmation.
